This was my initial visit to Pat's garage. My car (an old Prius hybrid) was examined and my concerns were addressed. A reasonable course of action was proposed which I am very comfortable with. I will be following their recommendations and referring a friend who also has one of those original Prius models. I feel that Pat (and his garage) is a partner in my car care instead of the all-knowing expert and his pronouncements

Personalized service, on time (actually early) availability, advocacy with a battery supplier for full warranty coverage.... what more could I ask? I'll be back again.

Honest & skillful service, including support for the advanced "Plug-in Hybrid" technology they installed in my 2007 Prius (Odometer is at 57,500 miles and Average MPG measured by Gas Cubby is 77.1 MPG).
