Explained service needs clearly. The car was serviced in a timely manner and what was completed was reviewed with me. Staff very helpful. I have used Pat's for the past year and have been happy with the car of my Civic. I recommend it.

I had a great experience getting my Fisker Karma repaired. The mechanic was very knowledgable, and very friendly to deal with, they fixed my car in the time frame that they quoted me, and the price they charged for repair was very reasonable. The customer service staff were also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this garage.

For years I have driven Hondas not only because I like them, but more so because Pat's is the best place on the planet to have them repaired and serviced. While driving around the USA, I have had to have servicing and a couple repairs on my Hondas, and I have not yet experienced any place tyhat can compare to Pat's. These folks are the best.

Pat and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I received top tier service and professionalism balanced with careful and exact diagnosis (rather than just throwing expensive parts at the problem as seems to be the norm these days). I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Pat's garage again and would highly recommend them to others. There are only a handful of people in the country that I would trust with my car, and Pat is one of the best. Shipping my car from two states away is well worth the quality of service.
