Backing up recently, I hit a boulder which first dented and then nearly tore off my front bumper and detached the grill. It amused the guys that it was lashed to my hood with with boy band, One Direction-themed duct tape (which worked well for 5 days.) The car is sort of an urban beater and I preferred to avoid replacing the bumper if possible. I was both amazed and relieved when I picked the car up at the end of the day and saw how well they had managed to reattach the bumper and even pushed the dent out, and without breaking the bank. I have been well taken care of at Pat's since 1992!
