The job done on the car was as predicted and was well explained. There was room for improvement in the area of keeping the customer informed. Once it was established that there were no unforeseen difficulties I think it would have been helpful to have received a message that car should be ready in, say, the 3:00 to 3:30 range. That would have enabled me to plan the afternoon more sensibly. A complete review, and by inference a complete recommendation, will not be possible until I have had further dealings with the garage.
