I've been going to Pat's for many Honda-years and their service is always exceptional. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, and even talk you out of buying stuff you think you do need. I love them all a lot.

I appreciated Augie's discussing the options with me and getting the battery my car need quickly and getting it installed in less than one day. I also appreciate his taking time with me t make sure I understood my future options (new or new-to-me car). He mentioned that I could call for advice and I will do that; an unbiased resource of deep knowledge about cars is of great value.

The job done on the car was as predicted and was well explained. There was room for improvement in the area of keeping the customer informed. Once it was established that there were no unforeseen difficulties I think it would have been helpful to have received a message that car should be ready in, say, the 3:00 to 3:30 range. That would have enabled me to plan the afternoon more sensibly. A complete review, and by inference a complete recommendation, will not be possible until I have had further dealings with the garage.
