Augie, Pat and the other mechanics were great. I felt like Augie really took the time to explain to me what had happened and why and what I can do to keep my car running. I felt respected. It's the first time I brought my new Honda in for service ... the special that comes every few months (or so). The work was fabulous, as always. Once again I voted for Pats (2014) for the Best of the Bay, and of course they won again. The last issue of the Guardian just came out, but the wonderful car-things that Pat, Augie, Karin, Richie and Fred do so well live on.

great service -honest hardworking thorough workmanship, friendly,efficient scheduling and have also received instant help in a jam. doesn't get any better than that. Karin is fabulous . Great place. Everyone is super helpful and they will answer all of your questions. The great thing is you can see the passion these guys have for cars. Plus they know a TON. I usually work on all my own cars. However, the knowledge and expertise Pats Garage demonstrates makes me know I can trust them with my car. They were my first repair shop in San Francisco and I highly suggest you use them!
