This was the usual greatness. John didn't charge me for the full service tune-up as he noticed I only needed an oil change. Great! My only concern was that, when he got intouch with me with a text, I answere it and it just sat for an hour. Thnak God that soon the car was done. So I'm happy, but please NO more texts.
Pat's is still the best! Have brought my car(s) for service for many years and continue to trust them implicitly - and I have never been disappointed.
