Pat's Garage is fantastic. My cars both run great. I have sadly moved away from the City but try to schedule my service appointments with them still.

I was delighted by the service I received. The staff accommodated me when I had an emergency in having myfront breaks and spark plugs replaced because I had to have the car ready to drive my wife to the airport the next day. Pat and the staff that the job would be completed in accordance with my time schedule, and they followed through.

One of the hardest things (for me) about finding a place to take my car for maintenance is trusting the people who do the work. I have complete trust in the people at Pat's Garage, every one of them. I have always gotten the best customer service and explanations for everything being worked on. I get an estimate and if something is discovered during the maintenance work that would affect that estimate, I get an immediate phone call. They keep track of my car's history and suggest fixes before they become problems. I drive regularly from San Francisco to remote Mendocino County, so a reliable car is very important to me.These folks could not be any more conscientious and capable with what they do. I thank them and I know my car thanks them!

We drove here from the Midwest and our car started making a strange clanking sound. Pat's garage was recommended and we were very happy with their service. It turned out to be a simple repair, and they were very fair in their charges. They also replaced a missing spring on our gas cap door, again for a most reasonable charge. Highly recommend Pat's.
