As a regular customer since Pat's started, I know this business is the best. I have only owned Hondas for the past 30 years because it is a well made auto, but equally because I know I could get the best service for my cars from Pat's. I would put the quality, service, and results I have received from Pat's up against any Honda service agency in this country (and, I suspect other countries, but I have no first-hand evidence of this). His staff keeps my cars zipping along without over-charging but with the kind of care most motorists can only dream about. Pat's is a very impressive business with a friendly and helpful staff that knows more about Hondas than anyone outside ofr the manufacturer.

Pat's always takes care of me and my car. They are friendly and they do what they say they will do. They make important recommendations, keep my car running well, and work within my budget. I like supporting this long time local business.

If you want clear explanations, superior work, over-the-top customer service, excellent coffee, and what seem to be overwhelmingly fair prices, you would be an idiot not to go here...

I don't care who your current mechanic is...do yourself a HUGE favor and take your car over to Pat's Garage. There are so very few things you can trust these days, that you can truly rely on, and I have trusted and relied on the good folks at Pat's for years. In return, they have rewarded me with one helluva precious commodity: automotive peace of mind. Honestly, they feel like family members to me--well, the good kind of family members, that is to say. Not like my cousin Donald, although I wouldn't hesitate one nanosecond to recommend Pat's Garage to Cousin Donald. (Just not on the same day I'm there, okay? Seriously.) No joking: Pat's Garage is the real deal.

I've been going to Pat's for years, since their old location, with a Honda car and now with a small pickup truck. They have taken great care of both vehicles and I haven't had any problems. This Monday they took me in for a quick service with no notice at all and were finished early in the afternoon. One time the mechanic realized he had forgotten to do something (we hadn't noticed), and Pat called us personally, and had the mechanic drive over to our house in the east bay to fix it, the same morning. Everyone is always super-friendly, and they don't push unnecessary work. Top-notch.

I've been going to Pat's for 20 years - in fact after stopping in with a friend in about 1991 I wanted to buy a car just so I could go to Pat's! One of the fist things I appreciated was the lack of girly photos. I always trust them and feel my car and I are in good hands.

Pat's gave good information over the phone when I called with my Honda question, then they had an appointment available as soon as I needed it. They're conservative, taking the logical and least expensive steps to diagnose and treat a problem. Work was complete on time, as promised. In addition, everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and shares information. I always learn something. I feel well cared for.
