As usual...excellent service.A dying battery prompted an unscheduled visit to Pat's. Augie and the team took care of everything in short order and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

They are nice. They are trustworthy. You should bring them your cars for fixing.

I dropped by without an appointment (I am an ongoing customer) and even though they were busy, they answered a question about my Honda's care and replaced the wiper blades on the spot. That's really going beyond the call of duty. I'll be making an appointment with them for the needed repair.

Auggie, as usual, was very helpful with the problem I was having with a lock on a 2003 Honda. I wasn't able to get into the car on the driver's side and it was driving me nuts. In one day, Auggie had the lock replaced and I'm now able to unlock my car without having to bend over to unlock the driver's door every time I need to drive. The lock works perfectly. Thanks Auggie.

Needed specific service to pass "Smog Test". Work done correctly and in a timely manner... (Car passed the test... of course!)

Once again, outstanding service form the crew at Pat's. Augie is smarter than Sherlock Holmes. He found the source of my electrical problem in less than five minutes, while answering a question of mine regarding a different topic altogether. Awesome is not a strong enough word.

anita bowen suggested i take my car to Pat's. i could not be happier. the service was explained in easy words that made sense. all my problems were addressed and suggestions were made on best route to follow for repair. drop off was easy and pick up was ahead of schedule. i will pass the word along and be back in december for my scheduled maintance thanks, that was a great experience
