I completely trust them. They do the work, try to save you money. And they're all really nice to deal with. They're mechanics you can actually like!

I was introduced to Pat's by a friend and found it was great because: no one ever talked down to me because I was female - I always got a careful explanation and more explanation if I didn't understand the first time; Pat's is determinedly green which I appreciate very much; Augie and Pat are both very nice guys; AND they do very good work on my car and send me elsewhere if they can't do it there. Now that I've been to the new Pat's location, I find it very easy to get there; it's not as out the way as I thought at first. And! Ladies, you will like it a lot; Gentlemen, they really know cars (and motorcycles).

Very happy to have truck behaving itself again. Am always phoning Augie from all over the West to advise me. Just drove all the way home from New Mexico with check engine light on after getting advice over the phone. Problem seems fixed now that I am back and not as expensive as I was fearing.
