Well my nearly 20 year old Honda Civic EX at 212K finally couldn't take it anymore. Pat's garage kept it going for nearly 75K more. What I like most, though, is there honesty. I took the car in for an overheating engine and sure enough the radiator needed replacing along with the hoses and thermostat - a cool $900.00. But they added that there could be more damage that won't reveal itself until after we repair it, like head gasket damage, a $2k job. I was most appreciative for that comment. I donated the car and bought a new one. That Honda last a long time and was still in great shape but engine uncertainty push me to let it go. Thank you Pat's Garage!

Pat's Garage is the best. They replaced my front tires in one day. They were soooo accommodating, as usual. They always fit me in without question and are so courteous and helpful. It's a pleasure dealing with all of them.

Sometimes, you just find places where the people love what they do, have the character to do their jobs to the best of their abilities, and value the quality of a good job--this is Pat's Garage. I completely trust these guys with my car and my safety in it. I trust in the quality of their work and their honesty. It's just a great place.

Friendly, professional, informative and pragmatic. This was my first visit to Pat's and I'm sold. I knew my '98 Honda Civic needed some deferred maintenance and after an initial inspection and oil change, they took the time to describe some of the issues my car had, made recommendations for what needed to be done now and what should be done at a later date. They gave me a lot of options and didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't think was necessary. After the service I got a detailed report as to what they did and what it cost. It's great to have an invoice you can refer back to and know exactly what you had done. I'm really happy to have found them and to call them my new mechanics!

Coming to Pat's Garage is a pleasurable experience all around. Great exotic lady handling check-in and check-out, the warmth and trustworthiness of Auggie, and the folk museum like environment of the shop. Not to mention: I feel safer driving my old car knowing that Pat's Garage is watching over me and sending notices to remind me to take care of my car.

I brought the car for steering problems and routine service and was told that many things should or might be done: two were really necessary, others were due to the age of the car. I was not persuaded or forced to do everything - and after the decision for only the two necessary procedures the car runs MUCH better than before. So: clear communication what really has to be done and what might be done in addition without taking advantage of the ignorance of the customer - this is what I expect from a garage. As far as I can see at the moment the necessary recommendations were really necessary and the repair was done well!
