i got my car back. it seems better but i haven't owned it long enough to know..... one thing i can say for sure is that everyone in the shop that i met gave me a good feeling. i will certainly be using them as my regular mechanics...with the hope that i seldom need them....know what i mean?.... thanks pat's. seriously, thanks a lot.

I'm in the senior category so have been to many garages in my life. Pat's is, by far, the best I've used. They are friendly and honest, and very good at what they do. They've taken care of my Subaru Forester since I bought it new in 2004, and I would never take it anywhere else. They tell me everything they are going to do and why. I completely trust them as do both of my grown kids with their cars.

Always courteous and on time. Friendly advice freely given, and time is spent explaining the scope of work needed.

My Honda has never seen a Honda Dealer's maintenance shop. At 12 years old she is about to celebrate her 100K mile marker and Pat's Garagae has taken care of her all the way. I can't imagine owning a car that Pat's garage could not work on, so I will always buy Hondas. My last visit was great - no surprises, no gimmicks, just good honest work, well done. Thanks!

I have been going to Pat's garage for 22 years and will never go anywhere else. They always give me the straight scoop and have ideas on how to keep the costs down. There are plenty of other things to worry about, so I keep going to Pat's. It's a no brainer.

Pat's came recommended from a friend for Honda work. They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and while speaking to Augie on the phone after he assessed my problem (check engine light = bad oxygen sensor, in this case) he didn't recommend any further work even though the possibility had come up earlier, pending what they found. I dropped the car off at 7:30am and it was ready by 2 that afternoon. A very good experience overall!

Take your car here if you want an honest, reliable, affordable mechanic. I've dealt with a lot of bad auto repair shops in SF but I'll definitely be coming back to Pat's in the future. They did an excellent job explaining what repairs absolutely needed to be fixed now, and what things could be done later...no pressure, no up-selling...perfect. Highly recommended.
