I have been taking my car ('02 Honda Civic) here for years. After trial and error with other garages in the City I finally found Pat's, hooray. They are always prompt with responses, good at handling question from someone who know very little about cars and fair and detailed in their pricing. They make good recommendations and never push to add services that are not necessary. They even tell you when it is okay to hold off on doing things to maximize what you have put into the car and help your pocket book. Friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and honest service make Pat's Garage a winner in my book!

First time experience with Pat's and I will be back. Augie let me know the parts I should (or in this case shouldn't) replace and gave the reasons. It just seemed like they were real straight forward, honest and helpful. I will be doing all of my future work there. On a side note, it was a real cool waiting room as well, a lot of good art and SF history. It's really the place if you have a Honda or Toyota.

Enough said by our star rating. We've recommended all your services to several people. We couldn't find a more reliable, honest and helpful place to take our cars...for many years now!

Everything was terrific as always, especially that the screw that was in my tire. Of course, seeing Lola made all the difference but I have to say, I miss Jimmy. Alas. See you soon, I'm sure!

My 1994 Mazda Miata has been serviced by Pat's Garage for the past 15 years. I highly recommend Pat's Garage! I hope they'll work on Fiat500 soon.

Good service as usual! Augy? called to tell me what he recommended we do first. Was detailed and went over twice to make sure we were both on the same page. I don't ever feel they are taking me for a ride like other mechanics or shops.
