I've been a regular customer of Pat's Garage for many years now. They seem very honest and I've been satisfied with the workmanship. I will continue to use their services.

I need to rely on my car for my job. Pat's Garage has provided me with high level of service for many years. The entire staff is competent and friendly and I trust their advice.

My service was fast and I left feeling completely confident in my car. I refer folks to Pat's Garage every chance I get.

Recently had my car stolen which was disturbing enough by itself, but the experience of getting it back was even more difficult to deal with. Pat's Garage staff helped me through the process with the same standard of expertise as they had while servicing my car all along. Their attention to detail is stellar. Thank you Pat's Garage!

I didn't have an appointment for a routine service but they did it anyway even though they were busy, and on a Monday morning no less.

It is really very terrific!

Friendly and knowledgeable people, loved the fact they had past history for our car.

As I wrote on Yelp (excerpted here): Pat is not only a car and motorcycle enthusiast, but also a great person in the world. He is "green" (and so is his shop), and if you look through the huge stack of magazines he has for you to read, you'll see his bigger concerns for the environment, world politics, and more. He loves his clients and we know it. Pat even holds parties for us, complete with food, drink and live music. The evidence is on the walls of his space, along with cool wonders of the world (have you looked at those masks?). Now how many other auto shop owners in SF do this? Let me know if you can name just one. Augie Barone (a deep thinker and a car guy if I ever met one) and Karin Roper (a taxidermy aficionado and a way smart woman of the world) drive the front so smoothly that they earned my respect the day I met them. They guys who work on your car, Richie and Fred, are gifted mechanics (and they're great to look at). My car will be 21 this fall, and I will keep driving it as long as I can because I think we all need to try wearing things out to save off the consumer culture and marketing madness of USAmerica. Although it doesn't have airbags, it has Pat's Garage and an engine that hums thanks to Pat and his crew.
