I took my Honda in for the introductory offer (which is a GREAT deal) and had a really good experience overall. After the work was done on my car, I drove it on the freeway, and since the tires had been rotated, the car started shaking as I drove it up to freeway speeds. I called back right away about it, and Pat was very informative in his explanation that the tires just were off-balance due to the tire rotation, and I could come in and get them switched back, no problem. I did so and I was in and out within a half hour. The other thing I wanted to say about Pat's Garage is that they are honest and up-front about things, but not pushy. After getting my car looked at, they had a couple of suggestions to make about services I should get done on my car due to wear and tear, but they did not push me to get those things done at their garage or right then and there; they simply informed me thoroughly of the situation and let me go on my way without getting these things done at the time (they weren't urgent). I felt respected as a customer and I would definitely go back there again to have my car worked on.
