Pleasant people, great service, and the information infrastructure to make things seamless on the customer side of things. Forest answered my questions and handled my appointment with courtesy. They also didn't try to upsell me in anything I didn't need, even though they mentioned the tires were getting a bit old. A+ experience. I will be back!

I write this only because of the review from the gentleman with the 2007 Subaru . I did not have good luck today with my 2010 Subaru . ABS, Brake and AWD Lights were flashing a few miles after Pats installed new battery. Frightened, I called for another tow . Update: had the car towed again now to the Subaru dealer who told me that the new battery put in by Pats was low on reserve and needed to be replaced . The new battery they had just installed ! The car was driven three miles . I’m out $350 and still need a new battery ! Beware!

Highly recommend for your Toyota needs! I don’t normally write reviews, but felt like I had to for this company. They helped me out through a stressful situation with my vehicle. Super detailed and timely work, and what’s more they even fixed a last minute concern right before closing time. Hats off to Pat’s!

Staff was incredibly friendly. Deanna in the lobby was delightful and called me by name when I returned for my vehicle. I received an overall inspection and the technicians didn’t attempt to sell me on anything that wasn’t needed like some places would do females. I will certainly return for future car needs.

I took my car into Pat’s garage for my routine oil change plus check my moonroof. Of course I picked up my car and dealt with the superior customer service as always. I love Pat’s. They’re honest and won’t charge you for every little thing. Great job Pat!

Pat's is Great. They give you a reasonable quote, then schedule the appointment quickly. Day of service is in and out at estimated time. Friendly front office too!
