I had brought my vehicle to a couple of other service stations and hadn't received a reasonable explanation for the random rattling sound I was hearing. Had valve adjustment at 100,000 miles for my Honda Ridgeline. Didn’t sound quite right in the weeks following. Pat’s opened the cover and readjusted the valves. Perfect. Quiet. Runs great! No fuss, no charge, just did the work and made things right. Thank you Pats!
