I had brought my vehicle to a couple of other service stations and hadn't received a reasonable explanation for the random rattling sound I was hearing. Pat's inspected my vehicle and determined that there was a defective part and also made recommendation on how to fix. Thanks Pat's. I will be a repeat customer.

Great experience! Very friendly customer service. Had to fix my driver's side mirror and did it within one day. Will go back for future work!

Thanks Ram!

Everyone there was super helpful, very knowledgeable and made a potentially bad experience into a good one, I’ll be using Pat’s garage as my go to place from now on.

Had valve adjustment at 100,000 miles for my Honda Ridgeline. Didn’t sound quite right in the weeks following. Pat’s opened the cover and readjusted the valves. Perfect. Quiet. Runs great! No fuss, no charge, just did the work and made things right. Thank you Pats!

I was excited to find Pat's Garage because neighbors recommended it and it has such great reviews online. The people were super nice and it's clearly a very professional operation. However, after bringing it in with a brake problem, they "diagnosed" problems with both front and rear brakes as well as other items and estimated more than $3,000 to fix all of it, including about $1300 for each set of brakes (front and rear). Feeling like that was exorbitant, I took it to a second mechanic, who observed that my front brakes didn't need replacing, that a bunch of the other stuff Pat's diagnosed wasn't actually worth fixing (i.e. close to $200 for the pole to hold up my hood when I check my oil), and did all the work for under $600. The other place also did some things for free that Pat's itemized on the estimate. They also found that, when Pat's changed my oil, they added 1.5 quarts *too much* and it needed to be removed (which they did for free). All of this is to say: I had high hopes for Pat's, but I was very disappointed, and glad I trusted my instinct that maybe my car didn't need $3,000 worth of repairs.
