Highly recommend for your Toyota needs! I don’t normally write reviews, but felt like I had to for this company. They helped me out through a stressful situation with my vehicle. Super detailed and timely work, and what’s more they even fixed a last minute concern right before closing time. Hats off to Pat’s!

Staff was incredibly friendly. Deanna in the lobby was delightful and called me by name when I returned for my vehicle. I received an overall inspection and the technicians didn’t attempt to sell me on anything that wasn’t needed like some places would do females. I will certainly return for future car needs.

I took my car into Pat’s garage for my routine oil change plus check my moonroof. Of course I picked up my car and dealt with the superior customer service as always. I love Pat’s. They’re honest and won’t charge you for every little thing. Great job Pat!

Pat's is Great. They give you a reasonable quote, then schedule the appointment quickly. Day of service is in and out at estimated time. Friendly front office too!

Would give extra stars if I could. I can’t recommend Pat’s highly enough. They are affordable, super nice, return calls promptly if i have to leave a message, patiently explain things I don’t understand, provide practical advice about whether/when to do maintenance if it isn’t absolutely necessary at the moment, and no one has ever once commented on how dirty my car is. Or made fun of me for not knowing or remembering basic car terms (thinking of you, sun visor). I happened to come in on Valentine’s Day this year and they HAD ROSES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I realize that’s not, in and of itself, a reason to choose your mechanic. But it’s a bit of icing on the cake. In any case, I do not usually write reviews of businesses (or anything - i have a job and it’s not as a professional critic) but have made an exception for an exceptional business. Wholeheartedly endorse.

Really friendly and helpful staff, easy to drop off and pick up. They were also able to diagnose at no cost a problem that my car’s dealership was asking $250 for (just to diagnose, it would have been even more to repair!). Looking forward to coming back.
