The trunk of my Mazda would not close. I stopped by Pat's Garage on the basis of these excellent reviews. Two men worked on the problem immediately, as a fly open trunk is a safety hazard. One of the men would not accept that a new lock was required and kept trying. He succeeded in freeing the lock and I avoided the expense of a new unit. There was no charge. I was treated with courtesy and kindness alto rare these days. Thank you very much.
