I have now been to Pat's twice and both times I feel I have been treated fairly, given very reasonable prices, and interacted with professional and courteous staff. I came here initially because I felt like I had been taken for a ride (not in a good way...) at a dealership and now won't go back! Pat's is a really fantastic, long-standing local business which provides fantastic service.

Are you kidding? You guys are great! Besides taking great care of my car and keeping it running along just as well as it always did in its youth, you're affordable (hundreds less than service at the dealership. I compared) and you all are like family. As a result, I have had NO major problems with my car in the 6+ years I've had it. Proud to be a member of your 300,000 Mile Club!
