Terrance was great. This was my first time at Pat's, they were open before the scheduled time, the shop is clean and my car was ready when they said it would be. I would recommend Pat's to anyone.

My experience at Pat's was stellar, as always! I showed up accidentally on the wrong day for my service appointment but they squeezed me in. They are a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The service is quick, the work is excellent, and the price is always reasonable! I switched to Pat's from my dealer's service station a few years ago and I have not regretted that decision for one second. There is a reason they were voted Bay Area's Best for so many years....they truly are!

JLo at Pat's Garage were extremely helpful and caring of our car. Being from South Texas, I've known a TON of guys named John Lopez, and he's the best one. Watching him work, I felt like I was watching a living legend. It was like watching Michael Jordan dunk from half-court on the Monstars in that 1996 Inter Galactic playoff game that saved the universe as we know it. When someone mentions "JLo" I don't think of the award winning pop icon that's been the face of pop culture for decades, I think of JLo at Pat's MFing GARAGE. I think of that hair. I think of that smile. If you put that face and smile on a missing persons milk carton, the whole town would stop everything they're doing and find JLo. JLo would win the Mexican vote in every state. JLo? More like JHIGH. Some people take the high road, I like to take the JLo road. Namaste.

Outstanding service as usual. With one exception: You REALLY need to post Tony's schedule more prominently. I was all ready to get my puppy fix...and got no puppy fix. Sad face emoji.

Pleasant people in the sign up section. They were very helpful after the work had been done giving me the recommendations on what they found and the estimated cost. I would be most happy to tell people about the service and results.
