This is our first time at Pat's Garage. Our car was showing "check engine" and could not pass the Smog test. We received a written evaluation and analysis of the problem with our car. The nature and cost of the repair was explained to us. Repair work was completed promptly as promised and instructions for activating the new sensors were explained in detail which achieved the results. We saved on the repairs here at Pat's. This job would cost more if done by the dealer. We found the staff friendly and very helpful.

Pat's Garage is always professional and trustworthy. Most recently, they fixed my ancient (1993) car, which I am not ready to part with for sentimental reasons. I was impressed by how well they handled a touchy scenario, by advising me to consider whether repairing it was worth the investment, and asking me to think realistically about the car's age before making a decision.
