My long-term experience with Pat's service is so excellent that I am inspired to invent a new word to describe it. But then no one would understand it, a strange new word that combined ideas like "great, outstanding, fantastic, technologically savvy, mindful, honorable, relatable, reasonable, accessible, friendly," and dozens more superlatives, all squished into one term. Perhaps this special word will be revealed to me someday as a glimmer from a higher plane during my shoddy meditation practice, or I'll learn it in the afterlife (which I realize is conditional on my behavior, since the devils who might someday poke me with pitchforks wouldn't be interested in teaching me "good" words). Until that fateful day when I'll no longer require earthly vehicular transportation, I'll continue to have our family's Prius serviced at Pat's.
