First time here and great experience all round, staff are friendly and helpful, quickly identified the problem with my car and had it back to me in no time. Finding a good garage and mechanics is gold dust, this place rocks.

Every time I come in, I get greeted as a close friend and not just any other customer. They always do outstanding work on my vehicles and I trust them to not try and oversell me on any repairs I may or may not need. Definitely my go to shop.

I cannot believe how different of an experience this was with them. I have dealt with the Serramonte dealerships enough times to know what awful customer service is, and from the second I called Pat's, I was blown away. They were ALL welcoming, Pat LISTENED to my issue rather than assuming any sort of service had to happen. I didn't feel rushed at the shop and they called to keep me updated on how everything was going. Overall, just a much better experience and car came back running better than every.
