Pat personally jumped on the phone to troubleshoot a battery fix in an attempt to get me and my broken down Prius moving again, He actually FaceTimed with me to ensure I was disconnecting the correct battery lead. In the end, my car still needed serviced and a new battery, but the virtual roadside assistance, staying late to meet my tow in, fitting me onto a full shop schedule, and helping me unload all the kid gear from my car salvaged a disastrous afternoon.
