I cannot believe how different of an experience this was with them. I have dealt with the Serramonte dealerships enough times to know what awful customer service is, and from the second I called Pat's, I was blown away. They were ALL welcoming, Pat LISTENED to my issue rather than assuming any sort of service had to happen. I didn't feel rushed at the shop and they called to keep me updated on how everything was going. Overall, just a much better experience and car came back running better than every. Thanks everyone :)
