Excellent. John is helping me keep me old Honda alive for a few more years. He understands what I hope to accomplish and offers good advice. He always calls me mid-morning with a needs assessment and time estimate. I appreciate their service special offers. I am completely satisfied with Pats garage.

Got checked in right-on-time, the car was ready at the time advised, and the price was great. All as usual at my favorite car shop.

Got my rare and wonderful 2005 Accord Hybrid in and out in one day, replacing the remote lock unit in the drivers door. All is once again well in my driving life.

All our experiences have been first-rate, both in terms of the competency with which our cars are cared for as well as the friendly relationships we have with the staff there...makes the whole experience very comfortable!

This is the only garage I have ever absolutely, totally, completely trusted with my car. We moved from San Francisco to the San Mateo area last year, but I still make the trip into SF just to have my Prius serviced here. They're experts on hybrids, and there's never any BS-ing about what's needed, how much it will likely cost, or when they'll be done. This last visit, my Prius went absolutely bonkers (all emergency lights flashing) while I was driving on the freeway. I brought it to Pat's Garage straight-away and they diagnosed it, adjusted a few things, cleared some codes, test-drove it to confirm the problem was gone, and documented everything THE SAME DAY. I had the car back that afternoon. THAT is why I keep coming back.
