I own a Toyota Sienna 2016 mini van. It is the best car I had driven in years but I took a lease on it. I just found out that to continue maintenance with the dealer was way too expensive. I looked in the internet and found Pat's garage offers a first visit coiupon deal that was way more affordable and closer to home too. They were very pleasant and heard my concerns. I dropped the car and picked up the van at the end of the day and it worked out perfect. I live in the Bay View District and strongly believe on supporting our local businesses.
Everyone at Pat's is so helpful and friendly. It was my last visit as I am moving and most likely selling my car and I was actually sad to say goodbye to them. I would highly recommend you use them for any of your car needs.
Once again, great service when I had an unexpected breakdown and needed the car the next day. Great and prompt communication on what I needed and prompt ordering of the part needed and installation. Got me out of a fix!
All and all good service-I would have liked a little more info regarding my car for it’s 36,000 mile check but I’ll go back!
