Just had my precious 2005 Accord Hybrid in for an introductory servicing and 120K service as needed. I came from the late, great Allied Engine, a wonderful garage downtown run by an old school guy named Paul Grech (recently retired) and his wife Maryann, so for me the bar was set pretty high. Pat's came through with flying colors: they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, they were fast, thorough, friendly and communicative. This could be the start of a beautiful friendship.
