The entire experience for a service was refreshingly easy and straightforward. Scheduled online, received a confirmation. Staff was friendly on dropoff, received a very thorough explanation of their work, including pictures through their app. Will be taking my Mazda here from now on.

I was quoted an exorbitant amount at an official dealership for a check engine light fix. So I took my car back and looked for a 2nd opinion when I found Pat’s Garage. I rolled up and was greeted by a man washing cars outside of their garage, he showed me where to park and where the office was. Didn’t even know that was Pat himself! Everyone there was friendly and took excellent care of my car for more than a fair price. I’ll be coming back here forsure!

My car was the victim of a hit and run and needed to be towed to a garage during on-working hours. I was out of town and Pat's kept the car until my return. They were supportive in my decision to give up the car rather than have it worked on and did not charge for storage for all that time. They've been a favorite of mine for decades.
