Warranty on my Prius Plug-In had just expired, along with free service. Toyota dealership wanted to charge me $318 for the "major" service to come. John at Pat's Garage advised me that much of what Toyota planned to do was unnecessary or premature. Took the Prius in to Pat's Thursday evening, and by early Friday afternoon it was ready to go, for less than a third of what Toyota would have charged. I am pleased and grateful.
