Super guys, clean facility, cool project vehicles to view as you wait, and timely service! Only wrinkle for me was being told it was a one-day project when I scheduled the service, then being advised I'd need to leave it overnight when I showed up for the appointment. In fact, they had it done by 3pm same day, so no sweat, but getting the overnight message on the morning of service (when I hadn't planned for it) was stressful. Pat explained that sometimes this type of job needs 2 days...anyhoo, I'm happy and I'll be back. Hopefully not too often.....:-)

I needed my windshield wipers changed and John was extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. If I have any car troubles or questions in the future I will for sure be calling Pat's Garage. Seriously one of the nicest people!!!! Highly recommend them!

Everything was just fine. Went in for a tuneup and waited. Took less than an hour and my discount coupon was honored. Plus talking with the staff is always fun.

I couldn't be happier, except if my car didn't break down in the first place. Clutch cable broke in SF and I had heard great things about Pat's. They were closing around the time the tow truck could get me there, but either they stayed late or hung out just for me. Either way - everyone was very nice, gave me accurate info about when I could expect the repair to be done, given that it was around the July 4th holiday, and I was on my merry. They found another problem while working on the clutch - my radiator had a leak. This was actually *good* news as I knew something was wrong somewhere in the cooling system b/c my car was overheating every now and then when I forgot to top off the coolant. I had it in the shop about a year and a half prior at my regular mechanic and they thought it might be a hose, which were replaced. The prices were very fair and I felt very confident about the work. No one likes shelling out for car repairs but, when you do, it's great to be able to do it without remorse and knowing that you're in the hands of professionals.

If you've ever walked down 26th Street and wondered what those beefy-looking solar powered cars are doing on the street....look no further than Pat's. They're one of the few places on the West Coast where you can get your Fiskar car repaired, so walking past is a car geek's dream. They are very sweet and responsive, and did a great job on my boss' Subaru. I'll be bringing mine in there for service soon.

Thanks Loretta...we love our Fiskers but your Subaru will get the same level of TLC when you bring her in.
