I was having difficulty starting my Prius C and tried what I could with changing my key fob battery and looking up solutions online. I called Pat's and they helped me trouble shoot my car for 15 minutes. I ended up having to take it to a Toyota dealership because they had the proper software to work with my car. I am SO impressed and grateful that they helped me over the phone even though I have never taken my car into their shop before. Next time my Prius needs work done I am taking it to Pat's.

In the 5 years I've lived in the neighborhood Pat's has taken really good care of me when I've had car emergencies (yes, plural), and for regular maintenance. They've always quoted fair prices and have done solid work. Everyone has always been welcoming and professional. I couldn't ask for more from a garage than fantastic mechanics that are in my neighborhood. It is also nice to be able to support local, small businesses. Thanks Pat's Garage.

Great service. Every time.

This was the usual greatness. John didn't charge me for the full service tune-up as he noticed I only needed an oil change. Great! My only concern was that, when he got intouch with me with a text, I answere it and it just sat for an hour. Thnak God that soon the car was done. So I'm happy, but please NO more texts.
