Extremely disappointed 😔 I really wanted to use the shop but the customer service was unprofessional and rude. They told me they will call me back with an estimate for the work I needed to do. After waiting for a few days there was no reply so I called back. They gaslighted me by saying there was a miscommunication and they don’t do callbacks for estimates over the phone (even though they offered that again towards the end of the call??). They weren’t able to provide estimates even for simple work such as wheel rebalancing, claiming they can only do that in person. Other shops in the past have always been able to give estimates for such standard jobs.
