Had my first experience with Pat's Garage when I took in my 2012 Fisker Karma for routine 10K mile service. Every aspect of the experience was terrific, starting with the initial consultation and advice, scheduling, reception, the work itself, and delivery. I've been taking my cars to Pat's for the last few years and I feel so secure in knowing that I am in good hands. They help me decide which repairs are a must and sometimes which ones can wait depending on my budget. It also stands out that I have great conversations with the employees and even the other customers when we are waiting in the office. They have created a great community of customers and staff and we all know how much effort that takes!

Pat goes out of his way to make things easy for his customers! His staff are great, too. No work will be done without your consent, however minor. Most importantly, they will not recommend that you do something unless you really need it. That and the quality of their work are why I am a loyal customer.
