I've been taking my cars to Pat's for the last few years and I feel so secure in knowing that I am in good hands. They help me decide which repairs are a must and sometimes which ones can wait depending on my budget. It also stands out that I have great conversations with the employees and even the other customers when we are waiting in the office. They have created a great community of customers and staff and we all know how much effort that takes!

Pat goes out of his way to make things easy for his customers! His staff are great, too. No work will be done without your consent, however minor. Most importantly, they will not recommend that you do something unless you really need it. That and the quality of their work are why I am a loyal customer.

This was my first time to Pat's Garage. I was looking for a place that had Honda expertise and reviews directed me to Pat's. I recently acquired a used Honda and wanted a thorough going over. They were very clear on what they would be looking at and what I may expect to find given the age and miles on the car, as well as what would need to be taken care of immediately and what to expect in future. The mechanic contacted me to review next steps. I was very happy with the service. The staff were very friendly and it's the kind of place you can have a long term relationship with.

Pat's came very highly recommended by the person who kept our cars in tip top shape in the East Bay. Pat's has now worked on 3 of our cars and we can't say enough about the service, employees and overall satisfaction. We have always felt that we were treated honestly and never over charged. The work is done right the first time and always within a couple of days. We wouldn't go anywhere else. As a side note: I've also gotten great neighborhood restaurant recommendations while there.

Pat's Garage is outstanding. I brought in my new(-to-me, 10-year-old) Prius for a general inspection. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced.More importantly, a month before I was even a customer when I was still in the market for a car, I had called Pat's Garage to see if I could bring by a potential used car (2007 Prius) for a pre-purchase inspection. Pat not only said, "Yeah, bring it by later this week," but he also gave me some general background on the Gen-2 Priuses that I hadn't realized.After talking with him, I narrowed down my car search to just Gen-2 Priuses (from 8 or 9 different makes / models in my price range). That was SO helpful! Of course, the car I was originally interested in was sold by the time I went to schedule a test drive... and I've since learned that Gen-2 Priuses are in high demand. But I finally snagged one last week and brought it by Pat's Garage to make sure I was getting what I had paid for. In terms of the car itself, yes -- no problems at all. In terms of the service at Pat's Garage, ABSOLUTELY -- that and more. I'll be back any and every time I need anything done on my new baby.Thanks, Pat & team!!!
