I was having difficulty starting my Prius C and tried what I could with changing my key fob battery and looking up solutions online. I called Pat's and they helped me trouble shoot my car for 15 minutes. I ended up having to take it to a Toyota dealership because they had the proper software to work with my car. I am SO impressed and grateful that they helped me over the phone even though I have never taken my car into their shop before. Next time my Prius needs work done I am taking it to Pat's.
