Had my first experience with Pat's Garage this month and it was excellent from the start. I first called Pat and inquired about an issue with my Fisker. He immediately returned my call, researched my issue and scheduled an appointment. Once my car was in his possession, he assessed it promptly and ordered parts. It took a few days to get the parts and to complete the repair ... Pat kept me updated during the process. I have but great things say about my experience. Fisker selected the right service partner for the Bay Area, Pats Garage is Awesome!

Pat's garage is always professional and thorough in all aspects of their service delivery. They are also very helpful as far as researching dealership re-calls and policies that might save the customers some bucks.I heard a weird noise in the back of my car. They spend the day trying to figure out what was going on and test drove it several times. They didn't find anything and the problem mysteriously disappeared. Even better, they didn't charge me for their efforts.I think Pat's garage demonstrates a real concern for customer safety and they don't take any short cuts when safety is an issue.I love this place and I love the culture of Pat's - kind of retro - kind of alternative but always top notch!

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Especially Pat. He made sure to come and talk to me himself and was very cheerful to work with which was refreshing. He did exactly what I needed him too and quickly which was great: I recommend this place to everyone!

My 21 year old Honda Accord is still going strong and in part I attribute that to Pats Garage. They've always been honest and given me options so I don't have to spend the most money or all at once. I totally trust Augie. In fact, I'm always surprised that I didn't have to spend more money when I walk out the door. When this car starts costing me real $$$, it will be time to say "good-bye" but so far so good.
