I'd been thinking of trying Pat's Garage for some time for my 2005 Honda-I'd been using SF Honda for years and was happy, but Pat's reviews were stellar and they are close by. The Universe got me there this week when my car died near Northpoint. I called the garage to review my situation, they were very responsive and ready for my tow. I was impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the place. And the cool cars being serviced. I figured if the owners of these expensive Fiskers trusted Pat's, they would take good care of my little middle class Honda. And they did. Augie called with follow up quickly and the car was ready when promised. I am fortunate to have Pat's nearby because I'll turn my auto baby over to them completely now.

Great (and friendly) service! -- same-day tune-up routine. Very short wait to check in (my first time here), pick-up call was earlier than expected, and issues that needed further attention were explained to me in detail.
